The Valkenswaards Chamber Orchestra (VKO) will give a classic concert. The program is still a big surprise because the orchestra presents itself for the first time under the guidance of her new conductor.
You can expect it to be a varied Sunday afternoon matinee that celebrates the fledgling spring in addition to the inauguration of the new conductor.
The VKO has around thirty enthusiastic and talented members who make music at a high amateur level. The orchestra plays music that is written especially for somewhat smaller orchestra occupations and realizes 3 to 4 concerts per year. The orchestra has the ambition to carry out works of classicism (Beethoven, Mozart) via romance (Schubert, Mendelssohn) to crossovers with jazz and pop culture.
Surprise programma
Het Valkenswaards Kamerorkest (VKO) verzorgt deze middag een klassiek concert. Het programma is nog een grote verrassing omdat het orkest zichzelf voor het eerst onder leiding van haar nieuwe dirigent presenteert. Je kunt ervan uitgaan dat het een afwisselende zondagmiddagmatinee wordt, waar naast de inauguratie van de nieuwe dirigent ook de prille lente wordt gevierd.
Het VKO telt zo’n dertig enthousiaste en talentvolle leden die op hoog amateurniveau musiceren. Het orkest speelt muziek die speciaal voor wat kleinere orkestbezettingen is geschreven en realiseert 3 á 4 concerten per jaar. Het orkest heeft de ambitie om werken uit te voeren van het classicisme (Beethoven, Mozart) via de romantiek (Schubert, Mendelssohn) tot crossovers met de jazz- en popcultuur.
