The Storyville Jassband, founded in 1959, is one of the oldest jazz bands in the Netherlands. The orchestra remains highly active internationally and ranks among the best traditional swing/blues bands in Europe.
Over the years, The Storyville Jassband has released 11 CDs, eight of which were released under the well-known Timeless Label of Wigt Promotions.
Music that truly swings and is performed with energy, infectious enthusiasm, and respect for the music.

The Storyville Jassband, opgericht in 1959 is een van de oudste Jazzbands van Nederland. Het orkest is nog steeds volop internationaal actief en behoort tot de beste Traditionele Swing/Blues Bands van Europa. De band heeft in de loop der jaren 11 CD’s uitgebracht waarvan acht onder het bekende Timeless Label van Wigt Promotions.
Muziek die echt swingt en gebracht wordt met energie, een aanstekelijk enthousiasme en respect voor de muziek.
